We go the extra mile for our clients and what separates us from other law firms is:

• On car accidents, auto accidents, vehicle collisions, and truck and highway crashes, we assist our clients at no charge with property damage and obtaining rental vehicles and getting the repairs done in a timely manner.  We do not charge any fees for this service*
• Drunk driving cases:  We, if needed, attend any criminal trials you may have against the at-fault drunk driver and further assist you and explain the process of the criminal proceedings.
• We seek, when appropriate, diminished value on your vehicle.  The definition of diminished value is the difference between what your vehicle would have sold for (fair market value) and what it will sell for now that it was in an accident and even though it is still repaired.**
• On car accidents and auto accidents, it is often necessary to immediately go to the scene of the accident even if a police report has been done.  Why? We secure photographs to evidence a blown stop sign, a drunk driver that ran a red light, a negligent driver that fell asleep, and such photos of the scene may be the difference.
